Our suppliers will only supply goods of the highest quality, but be sure to check your order carefully, as we cannot supply you with a refund if you change your mind, select the wrong product, or if what you order is not able to do what you want it to do.
If you find that your product is defective, please get in contact with us within seven working days (email@example.com). One of our Customer Service Managers will be all too happy to help source a replacement for you. Please understand that we cannot provide a refund or store credit.
It is the customers responsibility to notify Last Yard within 48 hours of delivery, if there are any items missing from an order.
